CLLG Programme Policy & Fiscal Framework

The implementation of the GoB Community Led Local-Governance (CLLG) Policy and the CLLG Policy Framework will be carried out through various subordinate implementation arrangements, as detailed in the Policy Implementation Manual (PIM) prepared by the Local Government and Rural Development Department (LGRDD). The procedures outlined in the CLLG PIM are subject to revision every two years or as necessary to incorporate lessons learned from the field. The Secretary LG&RDD will notify the CLLG Policy Implementation Manual with the approval of the Policy Coordination and Review Committee (PCRC), making periodic adjustments as needed. Meanwhile, the CLLG Policy will remain in effect unless a significant CLLG Policy design change is deemed necessary.
