We believe that in order to provide better relief to the masses, it is crucial to bring governance to their very doorstep. Our aim is to enable communities to actively participate in local governance and development, ensuring that decisions are made based on their needs, priorities, and aspirations. This concept of community-led local governance and development lies at the core of our efforts.

By devolving power to the grassroots level, we empower local communities to take charge of their own affairs. This facilitates effective decision-making, as those who are directly affected by policies and programs become actively involved in the decision-making process. Moreover, it strengthens accountability and ensures efficient utilization of resources.

Our local government in Balochistan is committed to creating an enabling environment that encourages community participation. We firmly believe that by mobilizing the collective wisdom and potential of our citizens, we can drive sustainable development and inclusive growth.

To facilitate community-led local governance and development, we have implemented a range of initiatives. These include capacity building programs for community members and local government officials, promoting transparency and accountability, and fostering partnerships between different stakeholders.
